School fees, uniforms, books and stationery for students whose families cannot afford to keep them enrolled.
Enrolled for a full academic year at a time
This is our main work. We pay school fees directly to the school rather than in cash, and we cover the other costs that push families into taking a child out: admission charges, uniforms, shoes, textbooks and stationery.
Students are enrolled for a full academic year at a time, so nobody loses their place partway through. Where a household depends on what a child earns, we add a monthly stipend to make up for it.
Places are prioritised for students at the stages where leaving school is most likely, and earlier for girls.
